It's comfortable and absolutely gorgeous hotel, everything was perfect. The breakfast is reasonably good, and the location is magnificent close to pub and the conservatory which overlooks the gardens. Rooms are huge with a view into the fire escape and the bedroom plus TV, food is delicious.

By and large, it was lovely old place with patient staff from the Manager to the room attendants were so helpful anything we asked for. The sea view was magnificent and the location was beautiful, not far from the immaculate gardens and also the free parking a real bonus in Eastbourne, The Conservatory restaurant overlooking the waterfront and a hill about 3 minutes walk from the seafront.
We didn't like the bed, it was very small.
